A few thoughts/ideas

I have not played CM for a few years but have given CM 08 a shot. Heres a few ideas/thoughts that Ive had since playing my first season as West Ham.

Youth ...
I brought in a tun of yth talent (About 25 under 16's) and they won the youth league in my first season ... W 33 D 5 L 0 and conceded only 11 goals.
But I didnt even get a mention in the media for this achievement.
The same result when I won the reserve league in the same season.
Surely there should be some kind of reward even if its just an improvement in club moral or something??
Shouldnt we have U18's and U16's instead of just youth? Would be more realistic.

Training.....
I feel you should be able to assign coaches to specific training.
Good yth stats for yth team Ect
Also I think it would be nice if we coudl see how players stats alter throughout the seaon (wasnt that in a previous CM?)

ProZone.....
I think clubs are now employing full time ProZone analysists whose sole job is to give feed back on ProZone.
I think it would be a good idea to allow us to employ a prozone analysist, they could have non-playing stats like coaches etc.
Instead of us needing to troll thro the ProZone report, we get a simplified report from our guy after each game. This should free up some space for further improvements/additions (Re - Memory useage)

Team Talks .....
Why only 3 options pre match, half time, full time?
Also it would be nice to have an option to explain to a player that hes been dropped to give him a rest, save him for a big game and/or allow another player to get a game (IE .. for a lesser cup game)

The Board ....
Gets a tad annoying when the players play well, prozone says we done good but we loose the match narrowly and the board get *issed off?? The boards re action needs to be more relevant to the situation.
In my first season at West Ham I finished 7th, lost to chelsea in the FA cup final, qualified for europe and won the reserve and yth leagues. For West Ham in season 07/08, thats quite an acheivement I think. The board should be happier.

Transfers/club status....
In CM, ive always found that after a sucessful season, its always best to wait till the new season to begin before trying to buy players ...... If for example, I win promotion to the prem from the championship, cant it be programed so that players auto recognise that my club is now a prem club? That may make it easier for us to buy players before the seaon ends and spend any excess cash we may have left,

Player Tactics....
Would be nice to be able pre programme a players tactics. Like what u expect him to do at corners, free kicks etc and run with ball, cross aim or long shots etc.
Then when you put him in the team or use him as a sub, his tactics are already set. This would save some time. You can still change his tactics during a game if needed.

Thats all I can think of at the mo, sorry if some of this has already been said.

I agree most of it, except U16 and U18 part.

Training.....
You can assign 2 coaches, one for youth team, one for reserve team.

ProZone.....
I don't think it is a good idea.

Team Talks .....
I think they are changing this so no problem.

The Board ....
Liverpool is a great team in real life. They lost to Besiktas in Istanbul in the Champions League. Don't you think the board got *issed off? Don't you think they would sack Benitez who couldn't manage to get a win in first 3 matches?

Player Tactics....
You can make the player use corners or run with ball, but you can't train him as "take 100 freekicks after every training". Its not very realistic though. Only players doing training except normal training I can think of are Hami of Trabzonspor and Hagi of Galatasaray. Hagi always took 50 freekicks, 50 penalties and 50 corners to goal after every training. Hami was brilliant at long shots, you know why? Because he took a total of 1000 long shots after every training session.
